Information you provide when responding to our surveys such as your name, age, email, your daughter’s name, your daughter’s age, the sports your daughter plays in and the level (e.g., recreational, competitive, or elite), and any information you volunteer about your daughter’s mental struggles in competing in her sport, and your struggles in helping your daughter’s mental game in competing. Information your child provides when responding to our surveys such as your daughter’s name, age, sports, aspirations in sports, and volunteered information about your daughter’s challenges in regards to playing, performance, confidence, or mindset. Information you provide when you apply to be an Elite Competitor ambassador such as the ambassador’s name, business emails, and company/brand and associated website. Information when you use our interactive chatbot, which may include providing your contact information. Financial and payment information such as credit and debit card numbers.

We use information you provide to us to deliver the requested product and/or service, to improve our overall performance, and to provide you with offers, promotions, and information.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technology. As you navigate through our Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies including Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other programs to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. Metadata and analytics for your use of our Services, including IP address, device information, date/time of visits, new or returning visits, products viewed, page response times, URL clickstreams, how long you stay on our pages, what you do on those pages. Analytics programs

Hotjar + Mouseflow

We use these tools in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar and Mouseflow are a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar + Mouseflow use cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar + Mouseflow stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar + Mouseflow is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.
