Your access to and use of this Website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including but not limited to visitors, users and others, who wish to access and use the Website.</p>

<p>By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have our permission to access or use the Website.</p><h2 class="text-center">Our offers and pricing</h2><p>We offer goods, services,  and digital products on this Website.  The price of these goods, services,  and digital products can be found listed on the Website. This price does not include taxes or other fees that you may be charged. </p><h2 class="text-center">Purchases</h2>

<p>When you make a purchase on the Website, you will be able to choose the third party payment processor that will collect your payment information and process your payment. You may make purchases using the following third party payment processors: Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shopify, Square,  and Stripe. We are not responsible for the collection, use, sharing or security of your billing information by these third party payment processors. The following payment method(s) are accepted by the third party payment processors: American Express, bank transfer, check, Discover, MasterCard,  and Visa.</p>

<p>You hereby represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) in connection with any purchase and that the information that you supply to us and to the third party payment processor(s) is true, correct and complete.</p><h2 class="text-center">Cancellation policy</h2><p>We offer cancellations on our book coaching, editing, and ghostwriting services, if cancelled before the first meeting occurs. We offer cancellations on publishing if cancelled before the start date of the project. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your purchase prior to the first date of service. 
We offer cancellations on physical products only prior to shipment. 
You may cancel your order by contacting us at hello@burningsoulpress.com. We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price that you paid if you cancel your purchase before services have begun or before product has shipped. However, any money paid in advance if services have already begun will not be refunded. 
There is no cancellation on digital orders since the product is delivered immediately.

<p>We reserve the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, in our sole discretion, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, and unavailability of the items or services purchased. We will let you know immediately if we plan on cancelling your purchase. </p><p>We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price that you paid if we cancel your purchase.</p><h2 class="text-center">Refund policy</h2> We offer refunds on purchases of physical products offered on our Website if damaged goods. To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request to us within 15 days of your purchase date by contacting us via hello@burningsoulpress.com. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any other reasons other than those listed above.

We do not offer refunds on purchases made of the digital products (workbooks or programs) on our website due to the confidential and detailed information within. 

We do not offer refunds on 1:1 book coaching, editing, ghostwriting, or publishing services offered through our Website if the service or fulfillment of service has already begun. To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request for refund prior to the first day of service by contacting us.

We offer refunds on the Soul Author Journey program within 12 weeks of the program's start date if the customer has completed 80% of all meetings, modules, and homework (must provide proof) and find they are unsatisfactory. A full refund will be provided under those circumstances only. 

If in a recurring payment plan program, you are responsible for updating your credit card information as needed to not miss your billing cycle. In the Publishing program, the entire pay in full amount must be met before publishing agreement can be fulfilled with Burning Soul Press. Any agreed-to payment plan is required to be completed within the time stated, otherwise you will be billed for the remaining balance.  <h2 class="text-center">Shipping policy</h2><p>When you purchase our goods, either we or a third party will ship these goods to you. If a third party is used for shipping, the shipping will be governed by that third party’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies. Please contact us to gain access to the third party’s identity and policies.</p>

<p>When you purchase our goods, the cost of the shipping will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.</p>

<p>We or a third party will ship the goods to you within a reasonable time from the date that you made your purchase.</p>

<h2 class="text-center">Advance payments</h2><p>We may ask you to provide an advance payment on any purchase made of the goods, services,  and digital products offered on our Website. An advance payment is a partial payment of the total purchase price that will help pay for our actual expenses while providing the goods, services,  and digital products.</p>

<p>We will issue you a refund of the advance payment that you made if we cancel.</p>

<h2 class="text-center">Deposits</h2><p>We may ask you to provide a deposit for purchases made of the goods, services,  and digital products offered on our Website. A deposit is a payment made to reserve the goods, services,  and digital products.</p>

<p>You agree that the remedy for breach of this Terms of Service as it relates to your purchase shall be to pursue dispute resolution as provided  in the “governing law, severability, dispute resolution, venue and class action waiver” section below. These remedies intended to be your sole and exclusive remedies for any breach of this Terms of Service as it relates to your purchase.</p><h2 class="text-center">Subscriptions</h2><p>This Website features products or services that are offered via a subscription model. A subscription model requires regular payments to receive a product or service. The initial term of the subscription is Per month.</p>

<p class="text-uppercase">We do not offer the option to revoke your subscription shortly after making your purchase.
</p><p class="text-uppercase">There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for the subscription.</p><h2 class="text-center"><span class="text-uppercase">Automatic renewals of subscriptions</span></h2><p class="text-uppercase">When you purchase a subscription on the Website, your subscription will automatically renew Monthly or Annually, dependent on your selection. We will automatically renew your subscription by using the payment method on file until you cancel your subscription.</p>

<p class="text-uppercase">You may cancel the automatic renewals of your subscription via your account on the Website. Please note that you will no longer receive the items or services provided by the subscription on your cancellation effective date.</p>

You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Website or a third party service. By signing up for the Soulful Author Journey, Soul Writer Society, or the Luminary Mentorship program, you agree to the following conditions: 
-You are responsible for logging into your account to update it if your payment method has to change. If the payment plan is not completed and there is no response to three attempts of Burning Soul Press reaching out to you, you understand that your account will be sent to collections as a breech of the contract agreement. 
-You agree to the Soulful Author Journey, Soul Writer Society, and Luminary mentorship Codes of Conduct as listed in the Terms of Conditions and within the "Getting Started" lesson of the course modules. You understand  that if you violate the code of conduct, Burning Soul Press reserves the right to remove you from the Circle and Kajabi groups without providing a refund. Safety, privacy, and respect of our members are our highest priority and we will not tolerate anyone challenging that. 
-If upgraded to the VIP option with three 1:1 sessions, those sessions must be used within the 12 weeks of the Soulful Author Program they were applied to. If any of the three sessions are not used during that time, they will be forfeited and cannot be rolled over. It is your responsibility to book and use the sessions; not Burning Soul Press. No exceptions will be made to missing sessions. The customer is responsible for scheduling the three 1:1 coaching sessions during the 12-week period and attending the meetings (rescheduling will not be allowed).  


1:1 Book Coaching Terms
All sessions must be used within a 6 month period. If you do not use all the sessions within 6 months of signing up for the respective program, they will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to book and use the sessions; not Burning Soul Press. No exceptions will be made to missing sessions.


Publishing Terms
By signing up for the Burning Soul Press publishing program, you agree to the following conditions: 
-You are responsible for staying on upholding your deliverables to maintain the publishing timeline as put forth by Burning Soul Press. Once the client agrees to publishing date, that date shall not be moved. If client deliverables are the issue in maintain the publishing deadline; Burning Soul Press will use their discretion to see the publishing through or cancel the service all together. No refunds will be given under these circumstances. 
-To fulfill publishing with Burning Soul Press, all fees must be paid in full before publishing can be completed. Publishing will not occur until balance is paid in full.<h2 class="text-center">Prohibited uses</h2>

<p>You agree that you will use this Website in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and these Terms at all times. The following is a non-exhaustive list of prohibited uses of this Website. You agree that you will not perform any of the following prohibited uses:</p>

Opening yourself up can be scary and that’s why we need to support and empower each other. This means we won’t tolerate bullying of any kind.
